Coventry City have issued the following statement:
"Existing disabled Season Ticket Holders at the Ricoh Arena will be able to purchase their Season Tickets for the 2006/07 campaign in tandem with an additional loyalty discount.
The rate for all concessionary Season Tickets is currently 50% of the adult price, but existing disabled Season Ticket Holders will now be able to renew their seat for a 60% reduction on adult prices.
This means that existing disabled Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase their seats for as little as £140 in the cheapest zone, up to £156 in premium zone seating areas. This works out to as £6 per game next season.
Disabled supporters wishing to buy a Season Ticket for the first time will pay the concessionary rate, which starts from just £175. This represents excellent value for money, with the Sky Blues still cheaper than 14 other teams in the Championship.
Disabled Season Ticket Holders at Coventry City are also eligible to have a carer's seat, completely free of charge.
Said Finance Director Mal Brannigan: "Disabled Season Ticket Holders have previously had access to extremely low rates at Coventry City and we are pleased to offer special prices again. "It would be inequitable to carry on at our previous prices but I believe we have put together a package which offers still great value for money, which also comes well under the prices of some of the other teams in the Championship."
SLIGHT CHANGE TO SEASON TICKET DEAL
If you are finding it a problem raising all the cash to get your season ticket before the May 3 Early Bird dead-line,fret not. City have announced that you can pay 50% of your season ticket price and the rest before June 3. You can of course,still pay in installments. For details contact the ticket office.
Season ticket for JSB's aged under seven years old are free. JSB Tickets must be purchased in conjunction with an adult ticket at the ratio of no more than three JSB tickets per adult ticket. Only JSB members or Adults accompanying members can purchase tickets in the JSB Zone.
Those who have signed up for the True Sky Blue initiative can have the Early Bird price up to August 1 2006.
Concession prices apply to Students with a valid NUS card, Senior Citizens aged sixty or above or the disabled who are on Disabled Living Allowance and have proof of this. Disabled supporters can bring a personal assistant free of charge (this must be claimed at the same time as the Disabled supporters season ticket.
The bracket a customer falls in to is affected by their age on 31/08/06.
Blocks 6-7 are not open for season ticket or ticket sale until blocks 2-5 are 90% sold out
Block 13 is not open for season ticket or ticket sale until blocks 14 and 15 are 90% sold out
Block 14 & 15 are not open for season ticket or ticket sale above row BB until Arena is 90% sold out.
Tickets purchased on the day will be one pound dearer.
