The Association of Event Organisers hold their award ceremony on June 19th at the Hilton Hotel in London and will see the Ricoh Arena in the Venue Of The Year category.
They will face tough opposition from Wembley Stadium, The 02 and Excel Arenas as well as Old Trafford.
Said Ricoh Arena CEO Daniel Gidney: "The AEO is widely recognised as the key national industry body in the conference and exhibition industry and this is a real break through for the Ricoh."
