Coventry City and the Ricoh Arena have re-developed the family area.

The Junior Sky Blues (JSB) Family Zone, is being created in the corner of the Telegraph and Telent Stands behind blocks 32 -35 and the refurbished area will host on match days face-painting, the chance to meet Sky Blue Sam and academy players, a CCFC Britannia Tyres Superstore kiosk with food and drink also available inside the family area.

"The club is delighted to announce the launch of the Family Zone project which will give JSB members and their families a great new area to take advantage of next season," Nathan Kosky said to the club website.

"I am sure our young fans and their families will welcome this new initiative and look forward to taking advantage of the entertainment which has been lined-up for each match day."

Liz Cooper, marketing director for the Ricoh Arena and Coventry City, also said to the website: "The club has always been committed to providing an enjoyable match day experience for our young fans at the Ricoh Arena, and providing a dedicated area will only enhance the enjoyment for current and prospective JSB members.

"The project also underlines the club's further support for the Football League's Fans of the Future and Enjoy the Match campaigns, which are both aimed at encouraging even more families to attend matches at their local club."

JSB memberships for the 2009/10 season are available now for just £15 a season. Benefits include highly discounted season tickets, with children under seven on August 31 2009 having free season tickets.
