Coventry City Ladies 6-0 Solihull Borough
Coventry City Ladies cruised through to the third round of the Birmingham County FA Cup with a 6-0 victory over Solihull Ladies.
Julia Marshall gave Stuart Wilson's side the lead with a thirteenth minute header and fourteen minutes later, Mel Byrne fired home after a Dolphin shot had been deflected.
Dolphin hit a stunning shot from twenty yards for City's third on the half hour mark before a Mel Byrne chip completed a fine move started by winger Lucy Campbell and gave the Sky Blues a four goal lead at the break.
In the second half,Amanda Whalley sent a left footed shot into the net in the 55th minute and doubled her tally two minutes later with another well executed strike to complete a fine victory.
