CCFC Memorial Garden

he garden was officially opened by the Dean of Coventry Cathedral, Rev John Irvine, back in March and offers a place for memories of loved ones who are not with us today but remain Sky Blue forever.

Covsupport and the Sky Blue Trust are amongst groups supporting the purchasing of flora and forna for the Memorial Garden. The Garden opened last month at the Arena, as a quiet place of reflection to remember City supporters sadly no longer with us.

Situated beside the NTL stand, it is accessible all year round for visitors, with an opportunity for you to spread ashes and bring flowers if desired. If you would like to arrange a booking to spread ashes please contact the Football Club whilst visitation bookings are not required.

In addition to this, CCFC is offering fans the opportunity to have a plaque situated in the garden, to leave a tasteful and lasting memory of family and friends.

The plaque is produced from anodised aluminium and is maintenance free, UV stabilised, so it will not fade or tarnish. In addition the plaque is developed on a mahogany hardwood plinth (not shown) and coated with a polyurethane varnish to withstand Coventry's weather. The cost for the plaque is £88 and is available for anyone who would like a permanent memory stored at the Ricoh.
If you would like to purchase this beautiful plaque or if the Club can be of any help to you at this difficult period then please contact Mark Davies or Rachel Jones. Tel: 024 7678 6314 Email: rachel.jones@ccfc.co.uk OR mark.davies@ccfc.co.uk
