Former Coventry City loanee Matt Jansen and former Blackburn Rovers player Michael Gray have been added to the line-up for Football for Heroes, a charity football match at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, on Sunday 4th May to raise money for UK military charity Help for Heroes.

The event will see a British Defence Medical Services team take on a recently-retired Legends' XI, with Jansen joining a host of ex-Premier League stars, including former City caretaker manager Lee Carsley and former City striker/ defender Dion Dublin and Darren Huckerby in the Legends team.

As well as the game, spectators will be able to socialise in a specially created family fan zone, before and after the game, which will see a number of Armed Forces-led activities taking place.

There will also be performances on the day from the Military Wives choir and military bands, and, following the match, a dinner and auction will be held at the stadium to celebrate the inaugural event.

Tickets for the match can be purchased in advance for just £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s, with further discounts available for family and student tickets. Anyone wishing to secure a seat can visit
