A slow start to the match with neither side creating many chances Andy Morrell going close and the first half half ended goaless.

Changes in the second half with Angus and Stephenson coming on for Busst and Crowley and early chance for Pet's after a poor back pass from Angus sent up a chance but Pet's hit the post and the ball was cleared.

Minutes later Legends were awarded a penalty after a handball following a cross. John Williams took the spot kick and cleared the cross bar and it continued rising over the club house and was last seen heading down the A45 !!.

Pet's went straight up the other end and themselves were awarded a spot kick, but the timid kick was well saved by Martin Lewis lookalike Tynan Scope.

Eventually someone scored Marcus Hall running down the left and with pin point cross found Andy Morrell who met it first time with his left foot found the net.

The second arrived soon after when Marcus Hall got on the end of a cross from substitute Myles Hannon, the third legends goal came another Hall and Morrell move with Morrell's powerful header from Hall's cross.

Dave Busst returned to the field replacing O'Brien and was free at the far post he headed back across goal only to find a Pet's defender who then in turn headed past his own keeper for the Legends 4th goal.Stuart Giddings thought he'd got a fifth but was ruled off for offside. Marcus Hall got his second after cross fell to Myles Hannon but the player slipped over the ball but managed to knock it on to Hall who finished with ease.

Hall completed his hat trick after great work down the right and Morrell dummied allowing Hall to finish the move off for 6-0.
