Coventry City defender Jordan Willis feels that where the Sky Blues are in the League One table is more important than the EFL Trophy Final at Wembley.
Willis told Laura Hunter: “The manager has a good impact, everyone is trying to impress in training to get selected. The intensity in training has risen, the gaffer hasn’t been in long so he has to go off what he sees on a daily basis.
“Where we are in the league is more important than Wembley. Nobody want’s to be the team that wins at Wembley and gets relegated.”
“We can only focus on the next game, Port Vale is our next fixture to try and get some points. The fans have been brilliant with us all season and hopefully that can continue tomorrow night.”
