Will We Be Calling The Kettle Black?

The currently scheduled referee for Coventry City's Championshp game at Charlton Athletic tomorrow night is Trevor Kettle.

Formerly with the RAF, Mr Kettle has done City both first team and reserves little favours over the years.

Currently living in Berkshire, Mr Kettle has had fourteen games this season with his last being Blackpool's 2-1 win at Plymouth on November 29th.
He has issued 24 yellow cards and two red.

Last season, Mr Kettle was in charge of two City matches, These were both away and saw a 4-1 defeat at Ipswich and a 2-1 defeat at Sheffield United.
He issued seven cautions in the defeat at Bramall Lane and showed the same amount of yellow cards in his last Charlton game which was a 1-0 defeat at QPR.
