We'll Make A Decision About Swanson - Pressley

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said he will discuss the Danny Swanson situation when the midfielder returns on loan from St Johnstone.

Swanson has a year left on his City contract but is not due to return to City until the day before pre-season training starts.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Pressley said about the situation:“We’ll speak again in the summer.

"Danny will express his own view of what he wants to do and we’ll obviously assess what he does in Scotland, and then we’ll have decisions to make.

“He’s quite hard on himself and he’s a player who wants to be playing and he’s found not playing very difficult.

"He’s been working hard but he’s disappointed he’s not been playing. There were three clubs interested in his services north of the border but he felt St Johnstone are the right club for him just now and hopefully get regular football."
