Coventry City Chairman Ken Dulieu has confirmed that they have received a bid for the club from Gary Hoffman's consortium but they want to check out the transparency of the prospective buyers.
He issued a statement which smacks of irony on the club website. This statement reads: "We can confirm that the club has received a letter from Gary Hoffman's associates.
"The letter raises many questions and the Board's duty will be to seek further clarification, in particular regarding the transparency of investors' capability of funding."
