Coventry City Deputy Chairman John Clarke has said that SISU are only looking for co-investment rather than any takeover.
Speaking to Stuart Linnell on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire at 2.30pm before City's home game with Hull City, Mr Clarke said that the door was open to speak to Mr Hoffman and his consortium but SISU who would continue to fund the club are only looking for co-investment to share the financial burden.
