We Needed That Second Goal - Coleman

Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that the Sky Blues needed a second goal against Crystal Palace last night.

City led thanks to a 30th minute header from Aron Gunnarsson but were pegged back forty one minutes later through Palace youngster Keiron Cadogan.

"If we had got the second goal then we could have gone on to get the third and the fourth," said the City manager to the media after the game

"We were the team pushing to win the game, but they didn't have to work hard for their goal.

"Ben Turner isn't that type of player, usually the ball is in the stand or 60 yards up the pitch, so I don't know why he did it.

"He made a mistake and it cost us two points, but his performance tonight did not deserve that."
