We Must Get A Win - Coleman

Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has said that City must get three points against his former side Crystal Palace at the Ricoh Arena today.

Speaking to The Mirror, Coleman said: "We are desperate for those next three points. I don't like to use that word but that's what we are. We must turn the corner and we will.

"We must work harder because when you look at our squad and everyone is fit we are a stronger squad than last year.

"If any team in this league gets half a dozen injuries it will suffer – and we've only got 22 in the squad, with four or five from the academy.

"But it's the best squad since I've been here. Sometimes it sounds like excuses, but that's just what has happened. But we've just got to get out there and get a positive result, by hook or by crook.

"I don't like saying 'make or break' because it's not, but the facts and stats are there. We've been losing. When you just lose and lose and lose you become numb to the pain and that is dangerous, because you get used to it and you need to break it."
