Walsall moved into the League One play-off places tonight with a 1-0 win against Oldham.
Sam Mantom scored the only goal of the game in the 65th minute. Adam Rooney missed a late penalty for Oldham who fielded Danny Philliskirk for eighty minutes and had Jonson Clarke-Harris as a 66th minute substitute.
In the other game, Stevenage beat Swindon Town 2-0 with a 38th minute Lucas Atkins goal and a 56th minute Filipe Morais penalty.
