Former Coventry City midfielder Romain Vincelot has joined Crawley Town.

Vincelot had been at Bradford City after leaving the Sky Blues, for whom he made 45 appearances, in July 2016

Vincelot has signed a two year deal with Crawley Town and Director of Football Selim Gaygusuz said to Crawley's club website: “Romain is a really good addition to the squad. He has vast experience of the English game and is adaptable because he can play in central defence or midfield.

“Harry Kewell is really looking forward to working with him and Romain is very excited to be part of a new challenge here at Crawley.”

Former Coventry City loanee keeper Colin Doyle has signed for Hearts.

Released by Bradford City, whilst the Republic Of Ireland international goalkeeper was on holiday, Doyle has signed a two year and speaking to HeartsTV,  said: “I spoke to Banksy – Steve Banks - the goalkeeping coach.

“He’s been here as well, and I spoke to Kenny Black, who was assistant to Stuart McCall when he was down at Bradford.

“They had only good things to say about here and how I’d really enjoy it up here.

“Once I came up it was an easy decision. I’m looking forward to it.”
