Two Weeks Out For Giddings

Stuart Giddings will be out for a minimum of two weeks after injuring his ankle from a Florent Laville tackle in training last Friday.

The 18 year old Coventry kid has done well since his step up to the first team after a very successful season with City reserves last term.

Peter Reid told the club website: "It’s a blow for Stuart because he was doing so well for us. "But he’s a young lad and I am sure he will bounce back from this minor set-back soon."

Coventry City have been forced to suspend their fans forum on their website. A number of offensive and or racist posts are the reported reason and the club have apologised to fans who use the forums responsibly and hope to have them up and running again in the near future.
