Two Chase Shearer

Bristol Rovers and Dunfermline are battling to secure the signature of City keeper Scott Shearer. The Scot was left at home for the tour of Ireland and has been told that he has no part to play in Micky Adams plans.

He joined City from Albion Rovers in the summer of 2003 but twice lost his confidence and was banished to the reserves before being loaned out to Rushden & Diamonds at the back end of last season.
