Blair Turgott, as expected, has signed for Leyton Orient, after getting back from holiday in Dubai.

Turgott was available after Coventry City decided not to offer him a new deal and the former West Ham midfielder, who did a pretty good job for City U21's under Dave Hockaday, has signed a one year deal with the League Two club.

Speaking about the Turgott deal, Leyton Orient boss Ian Hendon told www.leytonorient.com: "Blair is predominantly a wide player who is very quick and very athletic. He is non stop in his work rate and he can deliver a great ball into the box."

"He has gained experience out on loan over the years and he will be a good addition to the squad."
