Coventry City manager Mark Robins felt his side put in a good shift in their  3-1 victory against Crawley Town at the Ricoh Arena on Tuesday night.

Speaking to Club Journalist Keiran Crowley, Robins said about the game which saw a brace from David McGoldrick and an early goal from John Fleck, cancelling out a Billy Clarke goal: "I think the lads have put a great shift in and there's been some really good quality in there as well tonight. You could name every player tonight for their contribution.

"Let's not forget that's a decent side that Crawley have put together. They have a bright and experienced front four and we said this would be a difficult run of games but our confidence is getting better, it's starting to build and we've lasted the 90 minutes better than we have done recently."
