Otium Entertainment Group Director Mark Labovitch has said that Coventry City has not been sold.
Labovitch, who was also a director of the heading for liquidation CCFC Ltd company with Tim Fisher, has told the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid: "No truth whatever in the rumour that Coventry City has been sold.
"The Club is not for sale."
