Coventry City will face a trip to Swindon Town after they were beaten 4-0 by Preston North End in the League One Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium.
Jermaine Beckford opened the scoring in the third minute for fire Preston ahead and ten minutes later, Paul Huntingdon ghosted in for a second goal.
In the 43rd minute, a superb shot on the turn from Beckford, a player Coventry City were interested in a number of years ago, gave Preston a third goal.
Beckford completed his hat-trick twelve minutes into the second half to book Preston's place in the Championship with a comprehensive 4-0 win.
