The message that "We Want Coventry City Back In Coventry" was hammered home loud and clear by the City supporters, who attended the Sky Blue Trust march.

Supporters, many of whom had travelled some distance, took their time to gather at Gosford Green but when they did, the Sky Blue Army was out in force with estimates of around 5,000 people marching into town.

The march was noisy with feelings be made known that SISU had little to no support and that playing in Northampton was no good for anyone

In town, the crowd heard some deeply passionate speeches from the Sky Blue Trust's Moz Baker, plus former players Ronnie Farmer, Micky Gynn and Kirk Stephens, which gave a clear message that yes, supporters do care about Coventry City but they have to be playing in Coventry.
