BBC Radio Nottingham are reporting that former Coventry City defender Stuart Pearce has left Nottingham Forest.
Pearce, the former England U21 and Manchester City manager, was appointed last season but took over on July 1st as manager of Forest.
The Reds started off well but results have tailed off and a defeat to Millwall yesterday looks to have proved the final straw for the board who have moved quickly to bring in Dougie Freeman as the new manager.
