Sphinx Set New Date

Coventry Sphinx have announced that their Birmingham Midweek Floodit Cup tie at home to Goodrich will now take place on Wednesday January 17th at Sphinx Drive at 7.45pm. Tonight's scheduled game was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Paul Charnley's side were beaten 6-0 in the last round by Rushall Olympic.

However, an examination of the teamsheet revealed that Rushall had fielded two ineligible players and The Birmingham County FA reinstated Sphinx who face Folly Lane in the Coventry Charity Cup Semi-Final at Allard Way on Tuesday January 30th.
