Coventry City FC's owners SISU/Otium Entertainment Group are in court in Birmingham on April 1st.

They go to court to contest the £29,000 being claimed against them by the trustees of the Higgs Charity.

The case, according to the Coventry Telegraph, revolves around the Higgs Charity seeking recompense for allegedly not honouring a committment given over the proposed buying of its shares in Arena Coventry Limited, that costs would be reimbursed if the deal was not completed.
