According to Peter Knatchbull Hugessen, speaking at the Sky Blue Trust's AGM on Monday night, Coventry City's owners SISU Capital Ltd are refusing to pay money they owe to a Coventry based charity.

PKH, clerk of the Alan Higgs Charity, which was set up to help deprived children from Coventry and those within 25 miles of Coventry, said that the charity's legal fees for negotiating with Sisu over the sale of its 50% share in Arena Coventry Limited, amounted to £29,000.

Sisu agreed to pay the legal fees but have yet to pay.
