Robins Appointment Delayed

An administrative issue has delayed Coventry City appointing Mark Robins as their new first team manager.

With the club unable to sort out a deal with first choice Paul Ince, Tim Fisher and Steve Waggott moved for Robins who has managed both Rotherham United, where he had a 43% win ratio and Barnsley where he had a 32% win rate and left after a row involving finances and broken promises.

Sky Sports News are reporting that the appointment has been delayed but everything is ok.

However, lawyers are checking over one clause before the contract is signed which appears to be more of an administrative issue, than a problem with the  appointment itself.
