Ray Pointer RIP

All at CNS Sport send their condolences to the family and friends of former Coventry City player Ray Pointer who has died aged 79.

The striker scored thirteen goals in twenty six appearances for City in 1965-66 and was an England international for whom he was capped three times and scored twice.

Ray, who also played for Burnley, Bury Portsmouth and Waterlooville died peacefully at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
