With nine more per cent of shares needed to handed over before the January 7th deadline and not helped by the random Christmas and New Year post, Ranson is aware that he could be in for a tough night from supporters keen to hear his plans for the club, and needs to come up with answers that will satisfy those bigger minority shareholders concerned for the future of the club.
Ranson said to the CT: "Please come along and I will answer any questions or concerns that people have. I am looking forward to meeting everyone, whether they have already handed over their shares or not.
"This is an opportunity for all shareholders but we really need those who haven't yet handed over their shares to come along with their certificates."
We have been asked to point out that shareholders do not have to sign anything on the night and have until 3pm on Monday January 7th to return their shares if they wish to accept the deal.
