Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is hoping to field a trialist in City U21s game at Crewe Alexandra on Wednesday afternoon.
Pressley did not name the trialist but it is understood to be Forest Green Rovers' defender Chris Stokes who has been training with the club.
Speaking about the trialist to Tom Bloomfield, Pressley said: "He's performed well but we will make a decision in the next three or four days."
