According to the Coventry Telegraph, the court case of The Queen on the application of Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Limited and Others -V- Coventry City Council and Others appeal may not see a decision announced until October.
So far Lord Justice McCombe and Lord Justice Irwin have not come to a decision over the appeal which was heard in June at the Royal Court of Justice in London.
The courts break up on July 31st and are not back until October and as it is unlikely that a verdict will be announced in the next thirteen days, it is highly possible that it will be in October when this long running saga, which has filled too many column inches, takes its latest twist.
