Barbara Hill, the wife of former Coventry City player, trainer and kit man Peter Hill wants to pass on her thanks to the friends, neighbours and relations for all their kindness and help, also cards, letters, flowers and donations.
Over three hundred people attended Peter's funeral last Monday including current Coventry City employees, former players and representatives from the various City supporters clubs and groups.
Barbara also wished to thank Canon John Eardley for a lovely service, Joe Elliott for a wonderful tribute and the standard bearers for their kindness and display and said "It is a great comfort to know that so many people cared."
