Pawson In Charge Of City's Trip To Scunthorpe

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship game at Scunthorpe United on Saturday is Craig Pawson from South Yorkshire.

Craig, the son of a National List Assistant Referee, took up refereeing in 1993 aged 14. at the age of fourteen. He was appointed to the referees list in 2008.

This will be his 13th game of the season and his third Championship. He has shown 31 yellow cards and two reds and his last game was Notts County's 1-0 win against Swindon on Tuesday night.

His only City match was the 2-1 win over Blackpool at the Ricoh Arena on January 17th 2009.

The Assistants are Darren England from South Yorkshire & Paul Graham from Manchester. The Fourth Official is I Dudley from Nottinghamshire.
