Coventry City goalkeeping coach Steve Ogrizovic needed five stitches on Saturday before City's home game with Crystal Palace.

City record appearance holder was carrying a training goal which collapsed whilst he was moving it, leaving the 53 year old with a nasty cut to his head.

Ogrizovic was treated for a head injury and five stitches were required to stop the blood coming out of the wound.

Speaking to the CT,  City Boss Aidy Boothroyd said "Oggy's ok and fortunately, it hasn't spoiled his looks!"
