According to the BBC's Simon Gilbert, there is no news on whether Otium Entertainment Group, who run Coventry City FC, Sky Blue Sports & Leisure and the Arvo Master Trust will be appealing to the Supreme Court for permission to appeal the Court Of Appeal decision not to allowed a second judicial review.
Mr Gilbert has tweeted:
"For those asking RE CCFC / Supreme Court deadline... By my (admittedly questionable) maths, today was the last day the club could apply directly for permission to appeal Court of Appeal decision not to allow JR2. Heard nothing from any side.
"But possible something submitted by Coventry City’s lawyer’s at the last minute.
"We’re likely to have a definite answer on whether this is set to rumble on at some point on Monday."
