Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has said that the next few weeks are vital for the club.
Speaking to the CT's Les Reid, Mr Fisher said: "Talks around the future of the club and possible part ownership of the stadium are on-going.
"Talks have been very positive so far and we are all acutely aware of the need to reach a conclusion which is mutually beneficial to the long term to both the City of Coventry and its football club.
"The next few weeks are vital for all areas of the football club in the short, medium and long term."
