"If he does that more often, then he will be a really good player and he needs more consistency," Chris Coleman told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire.
"Mifsud has got great pace but he needs to work on his final pass and his decision making."
Mifsud's last goal was at Wolves in the 2-1 defeat before his 50th minute strike on Saturday against Blackpool.
