Marc McNulty has praised all the Coventry City supporters who travelled to Bundell Park to see the Sky Blues win 2-0 at Grimsby Town and go top of the League Two table.
McNulty, who gave City the 62nd minute lead tweeted; "Great win today!! Boys where different class. Well done to all the fans who travelled! Great support. Nothing wrong with that goal."
Fellow goal scorer Jack Grimmer also praised the 1357 strong City support and tweeted; "Great feeling scoring my 1st goal today for @Coventry_City ! Solid start to the season Fans were class today, some following."
City keeper Liam O'Brien who kept his second clean sheet, tweeted: "Clean sheet and a win get in there ! Fans were top draw."
Chris Stokes tweeted: "Great result and performance from the boys today, love the winning feeling."
Rod McDonald tweeted: "Good to get another 3 points and a clean sheet."
