McGinnity Sets Deadline

Underfire City Chairman Mike McGinnity has set a dead-line by which Mr Dhinsa's bid must be received.

McGinnity said "He has intimated he will make an offer and I will repeat again that he must make that offer by the end of November, or leave us alone."
