Former Coventry City forward Mathieu Manset has left Walsall.
The Frenchman, signed by Steven Pressley and quickly off-loaded, has left The Saddlers after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent
Dean Smith told the Walsall club website: "Unfortunately things did not go as well as we were hoping. A lot of that is to do with the excellent form of Tom Bradshaw.
"Mathieu has displayed a good attitude during his time with us, but at this stage of his career he needs to be playing regular first-team football, and we can't offer him that here.
"He leaves with our thanks and best wishes for the future."
