Malone The Ref For City's Game At Southend

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City’s League One game is Brendan Malone from Wiltshire.

Mr Malone is now in his eighth season on the National List of Referees and ran the line in the 2008 Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Cup Final between MK Dons and Grimsby at Wembley Stadium.

He has been in charge of two City games before. His last game was the 1-1 draw with Wolves at Sixfields on April 26th 2014 and City’s 4-2 win over Peterborough United on December 26th 2013

His assistants are: Andrew Laver and Christopher Pollard. The Fourth Official is Alan Young.
