Magnus Hedman Arrested After Drugs Raid

Former Coventry City goalkeeper Magnus Hedman has been arrested after a drugs raid on his car in Stockholm.



According to the Scottish Sunday Mail, Hedman's car was stopped in Stockholm at a garage on Wednesday and an illegal substance was found in a pair of trousers.

Hedman has denied any wrongdoing and denied the charges.

The paper quotes an insider as saying: "There is likely to be a trial this year but Magnus is denying any wrongdoing. "Magnus says he is shocked by it all but says if the police found drugs he doesn't know how they got there. "He has returned to work and is carrying on with his life as normal."

Hedman is now a television pundit in Sweden and Spain and has a business which brings together the world of business and sport.
