Coventry City coach Neil MacFarlane has that City must get some better results.

MacFarlane told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “When the manager was first brought to the club there was a long-term vision and project, and we’re really pleased with how things are progressing with our younger players. But we’re football people and we’re not satisfied with the first team results.

“There is a lot going on behind the scenes at the club to be positive about but we know that in the short term we have got to get better results.

“The manager has said it before, we’re frustrated. But we have to remain positive and make sure the players are absolutely prepared properly, which we have done from day one, and we’ll continue to do that.

“The way I see it is that everybody at the club, and I mean everybody, must put the club before themselves at this moment and really drive things forward.”
