Former Coventry City forward Lukas Jutkiewicz could be used as a makeweight so that Burnley can land Coventry born Nottingham Forest player Jamie Patterson.
Burnley are one of three clubs who are reported to be interested in Patterson and The Sun has claimed that Jutkiewitz could by used by Burnley to get Patterson from Forest who are cannot buy new players due to Financial Fair Play restrictions.
