Coventry City's Development Officer Steve Waggott has told the Coventry Telegraph that Leon Clarke or any of the first team squad will not be going out anywhere on loan.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph, Mr Waggott said: “There has been no contact since the transfer window closed because we warned other clubs off our players then.
“Leon – and no other member of our first-team squad for that matter – will be going out on loan.
“We will only consider loan moves if we feel it will benefit a younger member of the squad to get valuable first-team experience.”
