Lee Hughes will not be joining Nuneaton Town.
The former Coventry City striker was spotted watching Nuneaton beat Nuneaton Griff 7-0 last week and rumours spread about him leaving Notts County to sign for Nuneaton.
However, it transpires that Hughes was a guest of Nuneaton Director and sports lawyer Kevin Harris-James who represents Hughes who has been linked with a move to Gillingham FC who are managed by Martin Allen who had him as a player at Notts County.
