Ivor Lawton admitted to being heart broken after picking up a knee injury whilst playing for City U21's in their 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace on Monday afternoon.
The Coventry kid was involved in a collision with Dymond in the eight minute and left the Tooting & Mitcham ground on crutches.
Lawton, who made his City first team debut in the JPT game away at Yeovil Town, is being reported as awaiting the results of a scan which will reveal for how long he could be out for.
