Labovitch - Not Appropriate To Have A Forum While The Judge Is Deliberating

Mark Labovitch has been talk about why the Fans Forum on Friday has been postponed and moved to July 25th.

Coventry City's Independent Non-Executive Director told the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert:  “It is a short postponement. We want the council and all other aspects fully represented.

“I think for everyone it would be problematical if it took place before the judgment will be delivered.

“It also might affect the likelihood of people from other sides attending and this will be far more productive.

“I think it will allow everyone to speak more openly. It wouldn’t be appropriate to have a forum while the judge is deliberating. I think on reflection it is more courteous to the judge than anything else.

“I think the most important thing is that we have a candid and productive forum.”
