Coventry City have signed New Zealander Che Bunce until the end of the season.

Dundee United were interested in the 31 year old centre half but according to Tannadice boss Craig Levein, City offered three times what they could afford.
Bunce has played for Sheffield United reserves and has also played for Australian A League outfit. New Zealand Knights, Waikato FC, Norwegian side Randers FC  and Republic Of Ireland based Drogheda United.

The six foot four Kiwi has 29 caps for his country scoring two goals.

"Che has come highly recommended to us and I think he will prove to be a good addition to Coventry City, "said Adrian Heath.

"He has a mountain of experience, which I am sure will show on and off the pitch, as well as a real presence in the centre of defence."
